Shipping, Returns and Exchanges


 

Shipping Time Frame:

Orders take 7-10 business days from the day after you place your order to process before shipping out. Our business days are Monday - Friday. We are striving to be ahead of this schedule and hope to get your order out sooner.  Once a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. 

Returns:

Our return policy period lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have gone by since the day you received your order we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or your return will not be processed. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded. 
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Within your return, please include a note with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for Return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.

 

Exchanges: 

Exchanges only allowed on full price items, sale items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange the shirt for a different size please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to:

Please hold onto your tracking information just in case you might need it later when contacting us. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request once we receive your package. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not pay for return shipping labels on exchanges. However, we do pay for the shipping when we send the item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Within your exchange, please include a note with the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Reason for Exchange 

Damaged Items

If you have a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at lightyourlifetees@gmail.com or on Facebook Messenger with a picture of the item that shows the damages within 7 days of receiving your order.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Light Your Life Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, the responsibility of USPS or FedEx- please watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package. 
The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you.

 

Address Changes:

Address changes must be made during regular business hours, Monday- Friday 9AM- 5PM CST. Email us at lightyourlifetees@gmail.com with the Subject line: "ATTN: Address Change"

In this email be sure to include the following:
- Your Name
- Your Order Number or Phone Number associated with the order
- The Full, Correct Shipping Address

Please note that it can take us up to 7-10 business days to get through emails. If your order ships with an incorrect address, please contact the shipping carrier for further information. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. 

 

Additional Non-Returnable Items
